A. By charging your credit card
We do not collect or store your credit card details in any way, which is why you need to re-enter them each time you use your credit card for transactions.
B. By paying at the store
You can pay at the store if you have selected “pick up at store.” The products will remain at the store for 5 business days from the moment you receive the message that your order is ready for pickup. After this period, the order will be canceled.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange the product, receive a refund, or cancel the purchase, the product must be in the condition in which you received it and accompanied by the proof of purchase and its packaging. If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it within 15 days and request that we repair it, replace it (if available), or refund your money. Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach the customer in perfect condition. Reveblanc.gr is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the carrier.
In the case of exchanges for products that are not defective, the customer is responsible for the return and delivery shipping costs.
Handmade products
No exchanges or refunds are made on products that have been custom-made to the customer’s specifications. In the event that a handmade product is defective, plexiwood.gr is obligated to repair the defective product.
